Job Summary
Store Manager at Palm Beach Tan overseeing store operations, interviewing and hiring to maintain staff, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees reach theirs, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and providing exceptional customer service while resolving customer issues. Starting pay is $21 per hour plus commission and bonuses, with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
