Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for hiring and developing staff, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/operations compliance, controlling labor and inventory costs, assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
