Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics; analyze daily sales information to maximize sales; meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues; starting pay is $21.25 per hour with commission and bonus opportunities; must work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
