Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for directing retail tanning-salon operations at Palm Beach Tan in Parker, CO. Key duties include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal compliance; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and providing exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Starting pay is $21/hour plus commission and bonus opportunities, with full-time hours (minimum 35 per week). The role requires reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of supervisory experience; the company emphasizes training, development, and opportunities for advancement.
