Job Summary
Store Manager leading day-to-day salon operations and a sales-focused team in a skincare/toning environment. Responsibilities include labor control, hiring, staff development and retention; achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas; delivering professional customer consultations; building long-term customer relationships; driving local store marketing to increase customer traffic; maintaining client billing records and delinquency tracking; ensuring a clean, organized salon; cash handling and opening/closing procedures; and handling daily administrative tasks with goal tracking. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, several years of management and face-to-face sales experience, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Candidates should be motivated to work in a commission-driven environment and to pursue a career path into store management, with strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One or more years of face-to-face sales experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Proven customer service experience
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
