Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading all day-to-day salon operations, including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention; achieving sales quotas through a commission-driven environment; consulting customers professionally; building long-term customer relationships; increasing traffic via local store marketing; maintaining client billing records and delinquent accounts; ensuring a clean, organized salon; cash handling, opening/closing duties, and daily administrative/reporting; and driving store performance in the skincare retail context.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Proven customer service experience
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
