Store Manager responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; create a positive environment for employees and customers; analyze daily sales information to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues; meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet theirs; starting pay $21/hour with commission/bonuses; requires 18+ years and 1 year supervisory experience; flexible schedule with minimum 35 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
