Job Summary
Store Manager sought to lead Palm Beach Tan’s salon operations in Roseville, MN. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day salon operations (labor control, hiring, development, retention), achieving sales quotas (daily/weekly/monthly), consulting customers, building loyalty and long-term client relationships, increasing store traffic via local marketing, maintaining client billing records, cash handling, opening/closing duties, and completing daily administrative tasks. Ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and customer-service oriented with at least two years of management experience, strong communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Compensation includes base salary in the $32.5k–$38k range plus uncapped commission up to 15%, bonus programs, benefits, and paid time off. Required Qualifications

- Customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
