Job Summary
Store Manager needed to lead day-to-day salon operations and drive sales in a skincare-focused retail environment. Responsibilities include managing labor, hiring, development, and retention of staff; achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas; consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; building long-term customer relationships and loyalty; increasing foot traffic through local store marketing; maintaining client billing records and delinquent accounts; ensuring a clean, organized salon; handling cash, opening/closing duties, and completing daily admin tasks with goal tracking. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, proven customer service experience, at least two years of management experience (or equivalent), reliable transportation, flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong drive to meet sales goals, polished appearance, excellent verbal/written communication, attention to detail and organization, and ability to stand/walk for 7+ hours per day. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Proven customer service experience
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
