Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for day-to-day salon operations, including labor control, staff hiring, development and retention, and achieving sales quotas. Lead in delivering exceptional customer service, consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, and build loyalty through long-term client relationships. Drive store traffic via local marketing, maintain accurate client billing and delinquent-account tracking, ensure a clean, organized salon, and manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and daily administrative tasks with goal tracking. Requires proven customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods. This role emphasizes motivating and developing a sales-focused team in a commission-driven skincare environment; full-time role with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
