Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for interviewing/hiring and developing staff, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize sales, ensuring banking/safety/operations/legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues. Requires completion of a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
