Job Summary
Store Manager role focused on leading and developing the sales team to achieve store goals while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include recruiting, selecting and orienting staff; training, motivating, mentoring and coaching to meet sales and performance targets; scheduling and budgeting to control labor and expenses; ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safe store operations; maintaining clean, well-stocked, customer-ready stores; building customer loyalty; creating a positive, team-based environment; resolving customer concerns promptly; analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profitability; and managing banking and money handling. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, capable of building a career in leadership, and possesses a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of supervisory experience in a retail/customer service setting.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year supervisory experience
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
