Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring and development, and retention; achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas in a commission-driven environment; consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; build loyalty and long-term relationships; drive customer traffic through local store marketing; maintain client billing records and reconcile delinquent accounts; ensure a clean, organized salon; handle cash, opening/closing, and daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking; opportunity to grow a career in the skincare industry with benefits and uncapped commission up to 15% based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Proven customer service experience
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
