Job Summary
Store Manager needed to lead salon operations and drive sales in the skincare/beauty environment. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, labor control, hiring and development of staff, achieving sales quotas, consulting customers, building loyalty and long-term client relationships, local store marketing to increase traffic, maintaining accurate client billing and delinquent account tracking, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks. Requires strong customer service orientation, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work a schedule including nights and weekends. Compensation includes a base salary in the low $30k range with bonus/uncapped commission potential and benefits. North Central Tan, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Proven customer service experience
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
