Store Manager responsible for day-to-day salon operations, including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention; achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas; consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; build long-term customer relationships; drive local store marketing to increase traffic; maintain client billing records and cash handling; oversee daily administrative tasks and goal tracking; lead a commission-driven skincare retail team with focus on providing exceptional customer service and franchise-wide standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Two or more years of management experience
- Customer service experience
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
