Store Manager - Palladium

Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. responsible for achieving store profit and loss targets, maximizing sell-out, motivating and mentoring the store team, controlling costs and store operations (stock, payroll, admin, and rotas), monitoring KPIs and reporting to the District Manager, analyzing commercial data to hit KPI targets, assisting with team trainings and product knowledge, and recruiting/inducting high-caliber team members with a passion for denim.
