Job Summary
Store Manager at PacSun leads a customer-focused, sales-driven in-store operation and profitability. You will own in-store presentation and all operational functions, coach the management and associate teams to align with company strategies, and drive performance metrics. Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs; building product confidence through education; executing product, visual, and marketing directives; maintaining a clean, stocked store with a safe environment; anticipating customer needs to ensure satisfaction; delivering engaging and authentic selling experiences to encourage repeat visits; achieving sales, KPI, and expense targets; leveraging payroll and business reports to drive action; creating shortage action plans to minimize loss; leading digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS; communicating feedback to District/Market Managers; and coaching teams to sustain company goals. Requirements include a passion for fashion and brands, 4-year degree or equivalent preferred, minimum 5 years retail experience with 2 years in retail management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to travel periodically, proficiency in math and computer skills, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. The role is full-time, based in Oklahoma City and on-site with no relocation details specified.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years retail experience required, with proven ability to drive sales results
- Minimum two years retail management experience required
- Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight may be necessary)
- Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
