Job Summary
As a Store Manager at Pacsun, you will prioritize and delegate tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs while building product confidence among staff. You will maintain store standards and ensure a clean, well-organized environment, driving customer satisfaction and achieving company sales goals. Responsibilities include coaching management and associate teams, managing performance, executing digital sales strategies, and creating shortage action plans. You will also foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance the brand's community engagement and drive the business forward.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years retail experience required
- Minimum of two years of retail management experience required
- Proven ability to drive sales results in a high sales volume environment
