Job Summary
Analyze business trends and implement plans to maximize sales and meet profit targets. Review invoices, maintain asset controls, and conduct store audits to ensure compliance with policies. Set expectations for employees, coach on goals, and manage recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluations. Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and equipment maintenance. Work five days including Saturdays, handling moderate noise and physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in management or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication
- Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual plans with clearly defined goals for their individual store
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays
- Must be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position
