STORE MANAGER

Job Summary
Oversee store operations and drive sales performance while delivering a premier customer experience. Lead and coach a team to meet or exceed sales goals, manage inventory and back-office processes, ensure merchandising and promotional execution, and partner with the District Manager on staffing, training, and development. Responsible for hiring recommendations, discipline decisions, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with handbook policies; actively engage in product launches and community promotions to elevate store performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Ability to motivate and lead direct reports
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work at multiple locations within district preferred
