Store Manager

Lead and motivate the store team while managing shifts, schedules, and daily operations to ensure smooth shop performance. Deliver top-tier customer service, handle inventory to prevent stockouts, and maintain a clean, organized environment. Supervise and train all employees across product preparation, packaging, and cleaning duties, while managing cost controls and fostering community relations. This role requires weekend and evening availability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks, including carrying up to 50lbs and working in walk-in coolers and freezers during inventory.
