Job Summary
Lead up to 10 team members in a busy Dunnes Stores location, covering all opening hours from 8am to 9pm across Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts. Manage overall store performance, plan workloads, delegate tasks, and schedule staff to meet daily targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Ensure product ordering, stock replenishment, and high cleanliness levels comply with health and safety regulations. Build relationships with customers, teammates, and Dunnes Store Management teams. Schedule and manage team performance, deliver employee reviews, and effectively merchandise in-store offers. Work under pressure with the ability to multi-task, supporting surrounding locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
