Job Summary
Manage the store, staff, merchandise, and customer service while achieving sales objectives and maintaining operational standards. Conduct monthly staff reviews, coach the team on customer service principles, and drive sales to meet or exceed budgets. Maintain stock levels, enforce grooming and styling standards, and monitor store cleanliness and organization. Create work schedules, manage paid holidays, and ensure timely timesheet submissions. Recruit, assess, and interview talent, while partnering with regional and corporate offices. Submit qualitative and quantitative business reports, track individual associate performance, and uphold company policies. Requires experience in luxury apparel, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales
- Must have management experience in luxury apparel or accessories
- Driven and motivated personality
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Love for helping clients & others
- Passion for fashion, styling, and outfitting
- Knowledge of current fashion trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and learn new procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (20 pounds or more) from time to time as required
