Job Summary
Store Manager for a single North Toledo retail unit leads store operations, drives sales and customer service excellence, trains and develops staff, ensures policy compliance and merchandising integrity, and oversees safety, reporting, and store performance; role is salaried exempt with a 50-hour work week and requires supervisory experience in retail/cust-service environments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Retail / Customer service experience
- Completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program and other relevant Company required training programs and required certifications
- Good understanding of Company systems and technology
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
- Knowledge of retail business management practices
- Knowledge of all types of store transactions and related programs
- Knowledge of ways to handle customer and employee injuries, incidents and accidents
