Job Summary
Manage store operations by meeting sales and KPI metrics, overseeing payroll, scheduling, and inventory while ensuring visual merchandising standards and client experience. Lead the team through clear delegation, coaching, and succession planning to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships. Resolve complex challenges with strong business acumen, adapt to change, and uphold ethical conduct across all store activities.
