Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading and developing a high-performing retail team at the Noosa Skechers store, driving sales, customer experiences, and store operations. You will coach and mentor staff, manage visual merchandising, stock control, and wage/shrink protection, and partner with the retail leadership team to grow the Skechers brand across Australia & New Zealand. The role emphasizes autonomous decision-making, in-store coaching, dedication to customer engagement, and delivering a positive, high-energy store environment with a Tuesday-to-Saturday roster.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor) with a track record of driving sales and team performance
- Ability to work autonomously and make in-store decisions that positively impact sales
- Growth mindset with goal of progressing into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
- Strong coaching skills and ability to develop others and build high-performing teams
- Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and store presentation
- Focus on Sales & Service: driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences
- Lead by example and connect with customers on the shop floor to drive sales
- Hands-on leadership to mentor and lead a diverse team across store operations
- Maintain wage control, shrink, VM execution, and stock accuracy
- Adherence to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
