Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience
- Experience in commercial sales is desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities
- Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and problem-solve effectively
- Technical aptitude for light repair, battery testing, and installation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional travel
