Job Summary
Lease storage and parking units, manage a team, and assist with maintenance while supervising onsite projects. Communicate with the home office team and maintain strong relationships with tenants by providing outstanding customer service. Keep the facility rented at optimum levels, prepare units for auction, and vacate units as prescribed by law. Earn $23.00/hour plus a bonus. Work at SmartStop Store #1522 on Johnson St in Victoria, BC.
Required Qualifications
