Job Summary
Manage daily store operations at the new Brownwood location, including hiring, scheduling, and training retail associates while ensuring cost-effective execution. Approve supply and store expenses within budget, conduct physical and annual inventories, and oversee opening and closing activities with all financial processes. Recruit, select, and onboard team members, addressing unresolved guest concerns and resolving personnel issues promptly. Monitor compliance with company policies, develop action plans for directed changes, and lead regularly scheduled meetings to communicate sales plans and performance metrics. Assume duties of Assistant Manager during absences and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- three years of retail management experience
- Knowledge of budgeting
- Knowledge of inventory control
- Knowledge of visual presentation techniques
- Ability to direct the activities of the retail stores to achieve optimal results
- Ability to consistently maintain a driving record that meets insurance company requirements
- Pass a background check
- Pass an alcohol, controlled substance, and illegal drug screen that meets Company standards
