Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth activities, cleanliness, organization, and safety. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, coordinate procurement for replenishment, and handle billing while generating sales and inventory reports. Manage strategic product displays aligned with seasonal demands and marketing campaigns. Identify new business opportunities, plan promotional activities, build vendor and customer relationships, and conduct market research to track trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand offerings and improve the customer experience. Requires 4 to 6 years of experience in store operations and business development, proficiency in MS Office and CRM, and the ability to respond with urgency to confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3 to 5 Years of Proven working experience as a Store Operations, business development, or a relevant one
