Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for achieving store financial objectives and driving performance: set and monitor sales goals for associates, analyze store performance with business analytics, recruit/hire/train/counsel staff, schedule and optimize staffing, maintain CRM and customer relations, conduct performance evaluations, resolve customer issues, ensure store adhering to company standards and governance, lead marketing and merchandising programs, manage loss prevention and store operations, and coordinate with corporate for policy compliance. Must have at least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably luxury or jewelry-related, with open availability and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty and/or luxury retail
- Open availability and flexibility to work according to needs of the business and to ensure store objectives are met (Flexible Schedule)
- Strong business acumen—use of business analytics
- Superior skills in managing employees with an ability to develop and mentor as it relates to sales performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build a culture focused on success and teamwork
- Intermediate computer skills
