Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for achieving store sales goals and managing budgets, recruiting/hiring and coaching staff, scheduling, implementing CRM programs, conducting performance evaluations, resolving customer issues, and overseeing merchandising, loss prevention, and store operations for Movado Company Store in Rosemont, IL. Requires at least 3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership and analytics skills, and a track record in delivering customer service excellence in luxury/fashion retail. Compensation includes an annual salary in the $65,000–$75,000 range plus sales commission.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager or equivalent in watch/fashion/luxury retail preferred
- Strong sales background and business acumen
- Open availability and flexibility to work as needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to recruit, train, evaluate, and coach store employees
- Experience with CRM and analytics to drive store performance
- Ability to lead and manage scheduling, budgeting, loss prevention, merchandising, and store operations
- Customer service excellence and issue resolution
