Job Summary
Manage store operations by leading a team of associates, driving sales performance, and optimizing inventory while ensuring seamless execution of merchandising standards and safety protocols. Oversee labor management, handle cash transactions, and maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures to uphold a clean, organized environment. Recruit, train, and retain top talent through performance evaluations and career development paths, while serving as the key liaison with district management on employee relations. Champion business growth through strategic planning, member program promotion, and resolving customer issues to foster loyalty and drive profitability. Requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to relocate or travel between locations.
Required Qualifications

- Proven successful experience in retail management
