Job Summary
Lead the store team by managing daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of customer service, merchandising standards, and sales performance. Oversee labor, inventory, and cash-handling tasks while driving business growth through strategic planning and effective expense management. Recruit, train, and retain top talent by mentoring associates, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering internal career development. Address issues raised by staff and customers to maintain a positive, clean, and safe environment. Promote the membership program to enhance customer retention and boost sales. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel between locations.
Required Qualifications

- Proven successful experience in retail management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in retail management
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
