Job Summary
Lead a dynamic team of Sales Associates, Shift Leads, and Assistant Store Managers to ensure seamless store execution, outstanding customer service, and adherence to merchandising standards. Manage labor, optimize inventory, and oversee all operational aspects including cash-handling tasks, scheduling, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Drive sales performance by training, mentoring, and recruiting top talent while fostering internal growth through performance evaluations and career development paths. Promote the membership program to enhance customer retention and champion business growth through strategic planning that boosts store presence and traffic. Address issues raised by staff and customers to maintain a positive atmosphere. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to relocate or travel between locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
- 3+ years of experience in retail management
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
