Job Summary
Lead a dynamic team including Assistant Store Managers, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates to ensure seamless store execution, outstanding customer service, and adherence to merchandising standards. Manage labor, optimize inventory, and oversee all aspects of store operations to drive sales performance and profitability through effective strategies and expense management. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent by conducting performance evaluations and creating career development paths while addressing issues raised by staff and customers. Promote the membership program to foster loyalty and maintain a clean, safe, and visually aligned environment. Serve as the key liaison with the Area/District Manager and Human Resources regarding employee performance and relations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
- 3+ years of experience in retail management
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
