Job Summary
Lead store operations by ensuring seamless execution, driving sales performance, and managing labor to meet goals. Oversee all aspects of the store, including recruiting, training, and retaining top talent while mentoring associates and conducting performance evaluations. Uphold merchandising standards, manage cash-handling tasks, and maintain a clean, safe environment through effective expense management and strict adherence to procedures. Address issues raised by staff and customers to foster a positive atmosphere and champion business growth through strategic planning. Promote the membership program to enhance customer retention and sign-ups. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
- 3+ years of experience in retail management
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
