Job Summary
Manage store operations and lead a team of sales associates, Shift Leads, and Assistant Store Managers to drive sales performance and profitability. Ensure seamless execution by overseeing merchandising standards, inventory optimization, labor management, and cash-handling procedures while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Train, mentor, and retain top talent through performance evaluations and career development paths, acting as the key liaison with district management and HR. Address customer and staff issues promptly to foster loyalty and champion business growth through strategic planning and membership program promotion. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to relocate or travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in retail management
