Job Summary
Lead a dynamic team of Sales Associates, Shift Leads, and Assistant Store Managers to ensure seamless store execution, outstanding customer service, and adherence to merchandising standards. Manage labor, optimize inventory, and oversee all operational aspects including cash-handling tasks, schedule management, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Drive sales performance by training, mentoring, and recruiting top talent while promoting the membership program to foster customer loyalty and retention. Address issues raised by staff and customers to maintain a positive atmosphere and champion business growth through strategic planning. Report directly to the Area/District Manager and serve as the key liaison for employee performance and relations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
- 3+ years of experience in retail management
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
