Job Summary
Manage store operations and lead a team including Assistant Store Managers, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates. Ensure seamless execution by delivering outstanding customer service, upholding merchandising standards, and driving sales performance. Oversee labor, inventory, and cash-handling tasks while promoting the membership program to foster loyalty. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent through performance evaluations and career development paths. Address issues raised by staff and customers quickly to maintain a positive environment. Operate computers and printers, manage schedules, and ensure the store remains clean and organized. Champion business growth through strategic planning that boosts store presence and maximizes sales. Serve as the key liaison with the Area/District Manager and Human Resources regarding employee relations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees
- 3+ years of experience in retail management
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
