Job Summary
Manage store operations and lead a team of sales associates, shift leads, and the Assistant Store Manager to ensure seamless execution of customer service, merchandising standards, and sales performance. Oversee labor, inventory, and cash-handling tasks while recruiting, training, and retaining top talent through performance evaluations and career development paths. Champion business growth by driving membership program engagement, optimizing sales strategies, and resolving issues raised by staff and customers to maintain a positive environment. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to relocate or travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven successful experience in retail management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in retail management
- Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs
- Ability to travel between locations
