Job Summary
Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization to ensure efficient service completion and compliance with safety standards. Analyze key performance indicators to track shop performance and implement strategies for customer retention and business growth. Oversee inventory levels, control business costs, and handle payroll, injury claims, and P-Card responsibilities to support budget objectives. Provide legendary customer service by resolving concerns, applying promotions, and conducting post-service follow-ups to maximize conversion rates. Direct supervisory duties include training, evaluating, and disciplining employees while fostering an inclusive team culture. Fulfill opening and closing procedures, manage security protocols, and enforce OSHA safety policies to maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate with senior management on business plans and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of eighteen years
- An active and unrestricted driver's license
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of three years of related experience
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience
- Must be legally authorized to work within the United States while employed by Leeds West Groups
- Successful completion of background check
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and ability to maintain a clean driving record

- Ability to act as a key holder for the facility and successfully fulfill opening and closing procedures, including but not limited to nightly deposits, system close-out procedures, responding to alarms and security concerns after hours
- Ability to analyze, reduce, and minimize workplace safety concerns, injuries, and damages through training, enforcement, and team compliance with OSHA and company safety policies, procedures, and industry best practices
- Ability to ensure test drives are conducted correctly and in accordance with company policy, procedures, safety best practices, and traffic laws
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations
- Ability to stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes affecting automotive repair and safety
- Ability to collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans, directives, initiatives, programs, budgets, and more
- Authority to direct, train, develop, mentor, support, evaluate, and effectively discipline employees
- Ability to participate in and provide recommendations for the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other employees
