Job Summary
Store Manager leads Break Time convenience-store operations including customer service, staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting and compliance. Responsibilities encompass customer engagement, daily operations (reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, fuel management), merchandising and promotions, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and regulatory adherence. Required experience in management/leadership, a high school diploma or GED (preferred Bachelor’s degree), and eligibility to work in the United States. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and accountability in a fast-paced retail environment with full-time hours and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with transportation to/from bank
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate computer systems
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
