Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by instructing staff on job responsibilities, assigning duties, and supervising personnel to ensure smooth execution. Maintain sufficient floor stock by performing inventory management, pricing products, and restocking shelves. Provide effective customer service, handle complaints, and enforce store policies in verbal and written form. Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees, and prepare time schedules while ensuring adequate staffing for all store needs. Prior supervisory experience and strong leadership abilities are preferred for this role.
