Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by instructing staff on job responsibilities, assigning duties, and supervising personnel to ensure smooth execution. Maintain inventory levels, price products, and enforce store policies while providing effective customer service and handling complaints. Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees and prepare time schedules to provide sufficient staffing for store needs. Interview and hire new store personnel to meet operational demands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
