Job Summary
Lead your passionate team to deliver the best possible eyecare experience to customers daily while hitting store goals. Manage all operational requirements of the new Mayfair Mall location, ensuring seamless collaboration with store Optometrists to grow both clinic and retail spaces. Inspire, motivate, and develop your staff through training and development initiatives. Work a 40-hour schedule from Tuesday to Saturday. Join a tight-knit group focused on relentlessly improving customer interactions and becoming the smarter choice in eyewear.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Retail and/or Optics in a Senior Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager position
- Willingness to dive in, learn and practice all things Optical if no Optical experience is present
- A genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences, helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs and deliver outstanding outcomes for both them and your store
- A love of being in a fast paced, growing business and able to adapt to change, lead by example with positivity and a can-do attitude
- Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training and developing your team to be the best they can be
- Ability to effectively manage your time and all operational requirements of your store without ever compromising the customer experience
- Passion for building a strong partnership with your store Optometrists, allowing you to approach your store as a leadership team and to jointly identify opportunities for growing your store via both the clinic and retail spaces
- A true love of achieving and driving results through your team
- 40 hours of work per week (Tuesday to Saturday)
