Job Summary
Store Manager at a single-unit retail location in Maumee/Perrysburg. Oversees operations, trains staff, ensures policy compliance, maintains clean and appealing store appearance, drives customer service excellence, and leads merchandising/marketing program execution including planogram integrity. Responsibilities include maximizing sales and profits, staff development, safety, timely completion of reports and performance appraisals, and managing store transactions. Requires supervisory experience, retail/customer service background, completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program, strong communication, knowledge of retail systems, merchandising, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a salaried exempt role with a 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program and other Company required training
- Retail / Customer service experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of retail business management practices
- Knowledge of all types of store transactions and related programs
- Good understanding of Company systems and technology
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
