Store Manager

Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing; drive sales, control expenses, and ensure profitable performance; deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high associate morale; recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team; manage store inventory, merchandising, and product displays; ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company policies; maintain strong relationships with vendors and community partners; support and participate in company-wide and community events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven supermarket management experience
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and POS systems
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive KPIs
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on store duties
- Passion for food, service, and the retail grocery environment
