Job Summary
Lead daily store operations by delivering exceptional client service, building a loyal customer portfolio, and driving both personal and team sales targets. Manage and develop an enthusiastic retail team through coaching, while planning commercial action plans with the District Manager and sharing financial results. Ensure accurate scheduling of shifts and holidays to align with business needs, and monitor key performance indicators to maintain alignment with company goals. Requires 3+ years in multicultural luxury retail and strong English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a multicultural retail context
- Experience in the luxury, fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle sector
- Excellent and proven leadership and coaching capabilities
- Good familiarity with digital tools
- Ability to analyze and monitor KPI trends to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Ability to define and structure commercial action plans for the store in collaboration with the District Manager
- Ability to share economic results and commercial strategies with the team
- Ability to correctly plan shifts and holidays in respect of business needs
- Good knowledge of the English language
