Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading a retail team, driving KPIs, inventory control, store administration, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with the Area Manager to implement local business strategy, define daily objectives, and develop monthly plans to achieve performance targets. Lead by example, coach and develop staff through regular 1-to-1s, foster employee wellbeing and engagement, manage day-to-day operations, and celebrate team successes to boost customer satisfaction and sales. Must demonstrate energy, leadership, and a focus on motivating the team to achieve store goals in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
- People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration)
- Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
